Our guides at the Cannery were excellent and all the students were great Jarvis ambassadors. After the tour, Mr. Hirose walked us down the waterfront and talked about how the community changed from depending on fishing as the major industry to tourism - with many ecotours leaving from the docks. We spent time at the water park enjoying the sun and then headed home. Thank you so much to Isaiah's dad Chris and Jonathan's dad Bob for driving and doing the tour with us. It was a great day!
