AffirmationsAffirmations are positive statements that you make about yourself. They can be repeated silently, written on paper or said outloud. Words and thoughts are very powerful tools for changing how we think and act. Our thoughts affect our emotions which affect how we act which affect our thoughts! This little girl (Jessica) has already learned how to do this. What a great start to her day!
Louise L. Hay has written a great book called I Think, I Am! Teaching Kids the Power of Affirmations. (Look for the iPad App) |
